Expose IDE actions for the following tasks so that it becomes possible to assign keyboard shortcuts to them;

* close the plugin panel;

* switch focus between the response window and the input textbox;

* scroll the response window vertically;

* new chat;

* delete current chat;

* open conversation history;

* navigate conversation history with keyboard;

* open the selected conversation history item;

* delete the selected conversation history item.
