Your credit system is ridiculous, and it's stopping me (and probably may others) from using this. Just flat rate and give me access to all models with my own API key.

Yeah, price the app properly instead of doing this flow non-sense. I have decided to cancel because of it, cascade was good initially compared to cursors composer but with the credit system limitation as of late, cursor seems to be the superior option. Even the copilot agent is better than this

the flow credit system is very problematic. my main concern with this system as a customer is because there is little control I have over it's usage. Since this is not a casino or a gambling application, the flow credit usage should not be by chance.

Yeh, i've post exactly such feedback (in a bit stronger words), but deleted later. I totally switched to cursor as first ide exactly because of credit system (effectively cursor ratio for flow credits is 1:25 and this is much more correct), but decided to left this as plan-b variant as i still have early-adopter subscription (at the time of early adoption windsurf was superb btw)

Exactly, I had to give up windsurfing because of this flow problem that I consider to be a scam. the day I notice that they take into account our different suggestions due to the difficulties inherent in their billing system, I will gladly come back to this platform. Although having appreciated it, I had to make the choice to leave, because it is the only element that depends on me, “to have the choice”

Flow credits should be more for 500 credits. Flow credits are finishing much faster than the user prompt credits. The ratio is not good. Usally a single user prompt can use up to 4-10 flow credits. Which causes the flow credits to finish while we have a lot of user prompt credits left. For 500 user prompts there should be a minimum of 2500-3000 flow credits.

-> I would give 1000 flex credits for 10$. 500 flow actions can easily be gone within a day or two, especially now, this add-on makes no sense at all...
-> Someone suggested to use cascade base model to pull context from files and pull from memory so the chosen model is only used for extensive work like MCP, problem solving and input/output. Maybe that would help with the problem.

I like the current system. It seems to me that using Sonnet 3.7 via Windsurf is cheaper than directly. I have to fill up 1-3 times per month.
